Experts suggested that representatives of alien civilizations may be hostages on their planets and cannot leave them. For example, to leave the Earth, it is necessary to move with a minimum speed of 11 km / s (release speed). This requires huge consumption of fuel and other resources.
If the gravity of other planets is even stronger than the Earth’s and it is simply unrealistic to get out of them, then this explains the absence of extraterrestrial guests on Earth.
Michael Hippke, a scientist at the Sonnenberg Observatory in Germany, suggests that launching spacecraft into space is not always appropriate. If the gravitational field of the planet is stronger than that of the Earth, then it is logical that aliens cannot fly out.
Also, Michael Hippke suggests that alien life forms simply have not reached the level of development that we are. They do not have the necessary technology for intergalactic travel. Thus, these life forms can simply be trapped on their planets.
